**Job Overview**

We are seeking motivated and results-driven Customer Service Representatives / Appointment Setters to support a growing company in the debt settlement and financial services industry.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable speaking with prospective clients who may be looking for solutions to manage or resolve unsecured debt. Your primary responsibility will be to connect with leads, identify their interest and basic needs, introduce the company's debt relief services, and schedule qualified appointments for the appropriate sales or financial specialist.

This role requires excellent communication skills, confidence on the phone, empathy when speaking with individuals experiencing financial challenges, and consistent follow-up.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Make inbound and outbound calls to prospective clients who have expressed interest in debt relief or financial assistance.
* Handle inbound inquiries when required and provide basic information about available debt settlement services.
* Engage prospects professionally to understand their general financial needs and determine their interest in learning more about debt relief options.
* Introduce the company's services clearly without making promises or guarantees regarding debt reduction or specific outcomes.
* Qualify leads based on established campaign eligibility criteria.
* Schedule appointments or consultations for qualified prospects with the appropriate sales or financial specialist.
* Accurately document conversations, lead information, appointment details, and follow-up activities in the CRM.
* Meet or exceed established activity, appointment-setting, and performance targets.
* Follow company scripts, procedures, and applicable compliance requirements when communicating with consumers.
* Maintain professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive client and financial information.

**Qualifications**

* Previous experience as an **Appointment Setter, Inside Sales Representative, Customer Service Representative, Lead Generation Specialist, or similar role**.
* Experience in **debt settlement, debt relief, credit repair, lending, financial services, or other consumer financial programs** is highly preferred.
* Strong inbound/outbound calling and lead follow-up experience.
* Confident, professional, and comfortable speaking with prospective clients over the phone.
* Ability to communicate with empathy and professionalism when discussing sensitive financial situations.
* Strong listening, objection-handling, and rapport-building skills.
* Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation skills.
* Ability to work independently in a remote environment and consistently meet performance expectations.

**Technical Requirements**

- Windows 11 Home/Pro, 16GB RAM and at least i5/Ryzen 5 or higher

- Dual-screen ready, noise-cancelling headset and camera
