Route Sales Representative – Build Relationships, Drive Success!
Do you thrive on the open road, love connecting with people, and have a knack for building relationships? Join our team as a Route Sales Representative and be the face of our company, delivering topânotch service while growing customer relationships.
What You’ll Do
- Manage your own route, delivering products and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Upsell, crossâsell, and introduce new products to maximize customer value
- Build strong relationships, resolve concerns, and keep customers coming back
- Operate and maintain a company vehicle safely and professionally
- Handle payments, paperwork, and keep accounts organized
- Participate in promotions, contests, and training to sharpen your skills
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- At least 1 year of safe driving experience
- Experience safely driving a 3-ton and/or a 5-ton truck is an asset
- Strong customer service and sales skills
- Excellent communication and time management abilities
- Team player who can follow direction and meet performance goals
- Ability to recognize product types, sizes, and colors, and handle basic math accurately
- Safety-sensitive role; drug and alcohol testing is required
Physical Demands
- Sitting, grasping, and driving for extended periods
- Stooping and climbing stairs
- Lifting up to 75 lbs.
- Walking, writing, hearing, and speaking clearly
Schedule
- Either 4 days per week with 10 hours per day, or 5 days per week with 8 hours per day depending on the route.
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: $26.25 per hour + commission based on route revenue
