Team Leader, SAP IBP & P2P CoE
BRP
Lead a high-performing team in SAP IBP & P2P at BRP. This role emphasizes strategic leadership, agile management, and continuous improvement in technology across global operations. In this critical position within the Information and Technology organization, you will manage the SAP IBP and P2P Center of Excellence. You’ll coach a team of professionals, promote operational excellence, and forge partnerships with stakeholders to enhance application value and ensure alignment with business goals. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and mentor SAP IBP and P2P teams
- Enhance delivery across geographical service areas
- Resolve critical issues and team challenges
- Advise on SAP investments and technological direction
- Build strong business user relationships to drive effectiveness
- University degree or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of SAP configuration experience in IBP, P2P
- 2+ years leading SAP project teams
- Expertise in SAP Ariba, MM, SD integrations
- Experience with agile methodologies
