Pour notre client, acteur majeur du secteur aéronautique et défense, intervenant auprès de constructeurs civils et militaires nous recherchons un(e) Hardware Team Leader capable de piloter des projets critiques et gérer une équipe de développement Hardware.
Vos responsabilités
- Coordonner une équipe multidisciplinaire (hardware, FPGA, signal, test)
- Superviser les activités de conception, intégration, vérification et certification
- Piloter des projets hardware en garantissant le respect des coûts, délais et performances
- Assurer la conformité aux normes aéronautiques (DO-254, ARP4754A, DO-160)
- Coordonner les livrables techniques et garantir leur qualité
- Veiller à la fiabilité, la sûreté et la conformité aux exigences de navigabilité
- Être l’interface avec les parties prenantes techniques et projet
Profil recherché
- Diplôme en génie électrique, électronique ou équivalent
- Expérience confirmée en aéronautique, spatial, défense ou secteur militaire
- Expérience en gestion de projets en environnement réglementé
- Maîtrise des normes DO-254, ARP4754A
- Leadership avéré et capacité à encadrer des équipes techniques complexes
- Excellentes compétences en communication et gestion des parties prenantes
- Bilingue français / anglais
