• Ensure adherence to FIFO inventory policies
• Monitor team performance against quality metrics
• Support team members in achieving high performance

Requirements:

• 1 year minimum experience leading operational teams
• 1+ years experience in fast-paced environments
• Skilled in Warehouse Management Systems
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
• Bilingual in French and English required
