Intact recherche un expert en réclamations commerciales pour développer et délivrer des programmes d'apprentissage ciblés. Avec plus de trois ans d'expérience en ajustement de sinistres, vous dirigerez des initiatives de formation qui renforceront notre équipe nationale. Ce rôle dynamique est essentiel pour fournir des outils et des ressources répondant aux réalités du terrain. Key Responsibilities:
- Animer des programmes de formation centrés sur les réclamations commerciales
- Réviser et créer des contenus alignés sur les besoins du secteur
- Favoriser l'apprentissage à travers des études de cas et des revues de dossiers
- Collaborer avec les parties prenantes pour trouver des solutions aux lacunes
- Suivre l'efficacité des formations via des outils d'évaluation
- Expérience de plus de 3 ans en réclamations commerciales
- Capacité technique solide en gestion des sinistres
- Excellentes compétences de communication et de présentation
- Résilience et capacité à gérer des priorités multiples
- Bilingue anglais/français recommandé
