Nous sommes à la recherche d’un directeur général dynamique et stratégique pour diriger l’équipe d’exploitation de notre magasin et favoriser l’excellence opérationnelle. En tant que directeur général, vous prônerez l’importance de notre modèle de vente, inspirerez une approche centrée sur le client et favoriserez une culture d’amélioration continue. Votre leadership sera essentiel pour atteindre les résultats commerciaux et financiers, perfectionner les talents et améliorer l’expérience client.
Plus précisément, vous devrez
- Accélérer l’excellence en matière d’exploitation et de vente : Incarner et soutenir notre culture de vente pour offrir une valeur ajoutée à nos clients. Superviser tous les aspects des normes de la marque et mettre en œuvre des initiatives d’amélioration continue.
- Leadership : Diriger par l’exemple et avec détermination, motiver et responsabiliser votre équipe et inspirer un service à la clientèle exceptionnel. Exécuter les tâches quotidiennes de leadership sur la surface de vente, en prenant des décisions réfléchies en toute confiance.
- Vision stratégique : Élaborer et mettre en œuvre une vision stratégique pour promouvoir une mentalité axée sur le client au sein de l’équipe. Inspirer et travailler avec toute l’équipe de votre magasin pour concrétiser cette vision.
- Gestion financière : Atteindre les objectifs commerciaux et financiers en respectant les budgets, en analysant les rapports et en prenant des décisions éclairées.
- Développement des affaires : Reconnaître et poursuivre les occasions de développement des affaires, collaborer avec les clients pour proposer des solutions interentreprises et stimuler la conversion des ventes.
- Gestion de personnel : Gérer les horaires, encadrer et perfectionner les talents, recruter les meilleurs talents et favoriser la mobilisation des employés. Créez un environnement dans lequel vous et votre équipe priorisez le perfectionnement professionnel.
- Communication : Communiquer les informations, les initiatives et les résultats commerciaux. Agir en tant que leader du changement et assurer la transparence.
- Santé et sécurité : Assurer le respect de tous les aspects de la santé et de la sécurité, de la protection des biens, de la confidentialité, des politiques et des procédures.
Quelques prérequis
- De 3 à 5 ans d’expérience dans un poste de gestion dans le commerce au détail, de préférence en tant que directeur général.
- Expérience avérée dans l’atteinte des objectifs de vente et de service avec une approche axée sur le client.
- Capacité à diriger dans un environnement au rythme rapide et de solides compétences en établissement de priorités, en organisation et en travail multitâche.
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles; les gens sont inspirés par vos compétences en communication. Expérience en encadrement, en perfectionnement des talents et en gestion d’équipes.
