Bilingual Customer Service Role - Remote

Elevate your career with Ford Credit Canada as a remote Bilingual Customer Service Representative. You will manage financial accounts, negotiate payment solutions, and provide expert service to customers. In this full-time remote role, you will support a broad network of Canada’s Ford and Lincoln dealers. The ideal Bilingual Customer Service Representative will possess strong communication and analytical skills while resolving early-stage delinquency. Your responsibilities include problem-solving financial accounts and delivering professional service that upholds Ford Credit's reputation. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage early-stage delinquency and identify root causes
- Negotiate sustainable payment arrangements with customers
- Analyze account history to propose solutions
- Follow established procedures and guidelines consistently
- Act as a brand ambassador for Ford Credit Canada
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required
- Bilingual in English and French with excellent communication
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Experience in collections or financial services is preferred
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
