We are seeking a motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Baker's Assistant at our coffeehouse. As a Baker's Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our bakery operations run smoothly, contributing to the quality and freshness of our baked goods. Responsibilities :

1. Assisting in Baking Operations: Support the head baker in preparing and baking a variety of products such as pastries, cookies, sandwiches, and salads.

2. Ingredient Preparation: Measure and prepare ingredients accurately according to recipes and production schedules.

3. Baking and Oven Management: Monitor baking times and temperatures, ensuring products are baked to perfection.

5. Quality Control: Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the baking area. Assist in quality checks to ensure products meet our standards.

6. Collaboration: Work closely with other baking staff and communicate effectively to ensure smooth workflow. Potential for creativity in bringing new ideas to life!

8. Customer Service Support: Occasionally interact with customers to provide information about our baked goods and assist with purchases.

Requirements :

- Previous experience in a bakery or kitchen environment is preferred but not required.

- Basic understanding of baking techniques and food safety guidelines.

- Ability to follow recipes accurately and work efficiently under pressure.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Team player with good communication skills.

- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

- Able to work by themselves and stay motivated.
