Architectural Leader in Seaway Corridor (Remote)

Join as a Senior Architect in the Seaway Corridor Region, embracing a remote or hybrid work model. Lead design teams, manage financials, and ensure quality project deliverables. As a Senior Architect, you will be at the forefront of architectural projects, managing staff and conducting essential quality checks. With over a decade of experience, you’ll coordinate multi-disciplinary efforts and maintain communication with clients. Knowledge of BIM workflows and tools like AutoCAD and Revit is essential for success in this role. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead architectural design project teams
- Perform regulatory reviews for construction drawings
- Manage project budgets and forecasts
- Research materials and technologies for design
- Facilitate communication with clients and teams
- Must be a registered architect in Ontario (OAA)
- 10+ years of professional experience required
- Familiarity with national and provincial standards
- Experience with visualization software is advantageous
- Proficiency in French beneficial
