As a Senior Compensation Consultant, you will lead high‑impact engagements, advise senior leaders, and shape compensation strategies across diverse sectors. You will take ownership of complex client projects, influence executive‑level decision‑making, and contribute meaningfully to our firm's growth.
Key Responsibilities Lead compensation market analysis and translate data into strategic insights
Develop innovative compensation strategies aligned to organizational goals
Lead pay equity reviews and compliance initiatives
Design base pay and incentive programs
Support organizational structure design and workforce planning
Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously with strong project oversight
Facilitate client meetings and present findings with clarity and confidence
Serve as a trusted advisor and thought partner to senior leadership teams

Qualifications A genuine passion for compensation and equitable workplace design
Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in compensation and/or related areas, including base pay, pay equity, and incentive design
Excellent verbal communication and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple client engagements, lead meetings, and deliver results on time and with high quality
Strong written communication skills, with the ability to clearly present complex findings and recommendations
Ability to thrive in a remote‑first environment, working independently while staying highly collaborative
Advanced analytical and quantitative skills, including experience working with large and complex data sets, building models, and using sophisticated formulas and functions
Experience providing consulting services — either externally or within an organization — on compensation‑related initiatives and strategies
Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, accounting, finance, or a related field
