We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality custom and spec homes with a focus on craftsmanship, innovation, and client satisfaction. As our team expands, we are looking for an organized and motivated Site Coordinator to support daily field operations and ensure our job sites run smoothly.
Job Summary:
The Site Coordinator will support the day-to-day activities on construction sites, assist in maintaining site cleanliness and safety, and help manage basic paperwork and reporting tasks. This is an entry-level position with opportunities to grow within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with on-site coordination and communication between trades and project management
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the job site
- Ensure site safety protocols are followed at all times
- Perform basic site documentation and submit daily updates
- Help with material deliveries and inventory checks
- Support with scheduling and reporting when required
- Communicate any site issues to the management team in a timely manner
Requirements:
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License and reliable transportation
- Level 1 or 2 Occupational First Aid (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience using power tools safely and effectively
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in various conditions
- Basic understanding of residential construction preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
