Site Superintendent - New Build - General Contractor

Job Description
- Supervise all on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards and project specifications.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, trades, and suppliers to maintain project timelines and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress and address any challenges that arise to keep the project on schedule.
- Ensure quality control measures are in place and adhered to throughout the construction process.
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to provide updates and resolve issues effectively.
- Review and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications to guide construction activities.
- Prepare and maintain accurate site documentation, including daily reports and schedules.
- Oversee site safety and enforce adherence to health and safety regulations.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Site Superintendent - New Build should have:
- Experience in ground-up ICI construction projects, including pre-fabricated steel buildings.
- Strong leadership skills to effectively manage on-site teams and subcontractors.
- Proficiency in interpreting construction plans and specifications.
- Commitment to safety and quality standards in construction projects.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
