We are in search of an Accounts Payable Coordinator to support our client in Guelph, ON. The ideal candidate will be well organized, detail-oriented and have a strong knowledge of supporting accounting processes in an administrative capacity. This position requires the successful candidate to work Monday - Friday fully ONSITE. Advantages- Exciting contract opportunity

As the Accounts Payable Coordinator you will be responsible for:
- Creating purchase orders
- Reconciling, coding and entering invoices
- “Receiving” in Oracle when invoices come into Inbox
- Following up on vendor statements
- Maintaining and generating reconciliation reports
- Following up on missed invoiced items and discrepancies
- General administrative support including data entry, filing and monitoring the general inbox
- Other duties as assigned
- Previous experience in a similar Accounts Payable support position is an asset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment driven by deadlines
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and prioritizing skills
- Experience with MS Office Suite required Summary
