Customer Service Account Representative

Job Responsibility:
PDI Bulk is looking for a detailed-oriented and highly motivated Customer Service Account Representative to work in a fast-paced environment for our Guelph location!

Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and fax.
- Process orders in a fast-paced environment, accuracy is a must.
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, and availability.
- Collaborate with internal departments to meet customers' needs.
- Work with customers to resolve shipping inquiries and order status questions.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- High school diploma required.
- Ability to stay organized & to prioritize tasks.
- 3 years of customer service experience preferred.
- Experience in TMW, Synergize & People Net programs preferred.
- MS Office mid to high experience & Knowledge of SAP an asset
- Ability to manage time and carry out tasks required efficiently and effectively.
- Bilingual an asset 100% fluent in English (read, speak, write)
