Overnight Bilingual Counsellor at TELUS Health

Enhance mental health support as an Overnight Bilingual Mental Health Counsellor with TELUS Health. This remote position allows you to assist clients during critical moments, combining technology and empathy. As a permanent Bilingual Mental Health Counsellor, you will provide seamless support via phone, video, or chat. You will be the first point of contact for those needing immediate help, conducting thorough assessments to guide clients to necessary services. Respond to client requests via phone, video, and chat
Conduct comprehensive assessments for service relevance
Provide crisis management and single counselling sessions
Maintain clear clinical records in our internal platform

Requirements:

Master's degree in mental health or related field
Perfect bilingualism in French and English
Comfortable with technology and crisis management
Strong listening and communication skills
Ability to work overnight shifts, including holidays
