TELUS Health Critical Incident Coordinator

Reporting to the Team Manager, you will manage telephone intakes, perform needs assessments, and assign service providers. Additionally, you'll address email inquiries, ensuring timely support and effective crisis resolution. Key Responsibilities:

• Answer calls from managers seeking support post-incident
• Assign suitable service providers for interventions
• Manage the team’s email requests seamlessly

• Post-secondary degree or equivalent
• Bilingual in English and French
• Minimum two years of customer service experience
• Strong organization and multitasking skills
• Ability to manage crises professionally
