Apportez vos compétences en counseling en personne pour aider les employés dans leur parcours. TELUS Health recherche un intervenant pour son programme d'aide aux employés (PAE) dans les zones de Sorel-Tracy, Contrecoeur ou Varennes. En tant qu'intervenant affilié, vous travaillerez de manière indépendante pour fournir le counselling, suivi par une approche centrée sur le client. Votre expérience de cinq ans en clinique, ainsi que votre maîtrise en psychologie, sont des atouts précieux. Key Responsibilities:
- Fournir un counselling de courte durée aux clients variés
- Effectuer le suivi administratif des dossiers cliniques
- Adapter les objectifs de counseling selon les besoins du client
- Aborder efficacement les situations de crise
- Utiliser les ressources communautaires pour un meilleur soutien
- Maîtrise en psychologie ou domaine connexe
- Membre en règle d'un ordre professionnel applicable
- Minimum de cinq ans d'expérience clinique
- Capacité à gérer des situations critiques
- Bonne connaissance des ressources communautaires
