With a focus on client satisfaction, you'll apply your expertise in benefits administration and problem-solving to ensure clients fully utilize their services. This role requires a proactive mindset as you document insights and assist during transitions. Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve client inquiries through various channels
- Analyze issues to identify root causes
- Provide guidance during platform updates
- Maintain service level compliance with quality support
- Mentor junior team members through collaborative efforts
- 3+ years of experience in benefits support
- Proficient in operational roles within SaaS environments
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Solid organizational abilities for multitasking
- Post-secondary education in relevant fields
