About the role

The Enterprise Applications Analyst is responsible for the administration, configuration, support, and continuous improvement of Nutrition International’s enterprise applications and the integrations that connect them. Combining hands-on application management with business-analysis and process-improvement skills, this role ensures that NI’s business systems are correctly configured, well integrated, well documented, reliable, and aligned to business needs.

Working closely with the Senior Solutions Architect and business stakeholders, the Enterprise Applications Analyst develops a deep understanding of each supported application, gathers and documents requirements, translates business needs into system configurations and integration requirements, and coordinates and documents user acceptance testing (UAT). The role brings a disciplined, organized, process-oriented approach to the application lifecycle — ensuring that changes are controlled, tested, documented, and adopted, and that complete, current documentation exists for all application processes, configurations, and policies across the organization.

· Administer, configure, and maintain NI’s portfolio of enterprise applications (e.g., NetSuite OneWorld, Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365 / SharePoint Online, HRIS, AbsorbLMS, Board, custom-made applications, ensuring they are correctly set up, reliable, and fit for purpose.

· Develop and maintain deep functional and technical knowledge of each supported application — its modules, configuration options, workflows, data model, and business use — in order to administer and support it effectively

· Support the design, configuration, and maintenance of integrations between NI’s enterprise applications and cloud services, ensuring reliable and secure data flow.

· Configure, test, monitor, and document API-based and middleware integrations — including authentication, data mapping, and error handling — across systems such as NICOR, NICOR FORMS, HRIS/Workable, Board, AbsorbLMS, and travel and credit-card reconciliation systems.

· Engage with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for new applications, enhancements, and integrations. Translate business needs into clear functional specifications, process maps, user stories, and configuration/integration requirements.

· Create and maintain complete, current documentation for all supported applications — configurations, standard operating procedures, process maps, integration specifications, and administrative runbooks.

· Ensure that every recurring process, configuration change, and integration is documented so that it is repeatable, auditable, and transferable.

· Plan, coordinate, and document UAT for application changes, enhancements, integrations, and new implementations. Develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on documented requirements, and capture and track results, defects, and their resolution.

· Administer application-level user accounts, roles, groups, and permissions following IT standards and least-privilege principles.

· Support onboarding and offboarding as it relates to application access and the provisioning/deprovisioning of accounts.

· Understand, evaluate, and help configure the AI and generative-AI capabilities available within NI’s enterprise applications (e.g., Microsoft 365 Copilot, Dynamics 365 and NetSuite AI features), and support their safe and effective adoption by business users.

· Apply AI-assisted tools appropriately to accelerate routine work — such as drafting documentation, summarizing requirements, generating and reviewing test cases, and analyzing data — while critically reviewing all output for accuracy before use.

Requirements

About you

· You will come with a Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline with around 3 years’ experience administering, configuring, and supporting enterprise / business applications (e.g., ERP such as NetSuite or Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365 / SharePoint, HRIS, LMS, or similar).

· Demonstrated business-analysis experience: requirements gathering, process mapping, functional specification, and stakeholder engagement. Experience coordinating and documenting UAT and maintaining structured process and system documentation.

· Working knowledge of application integration and APIs (REST / SOAP), data mapping, middleware, and integration/automation tooling. Experience with scripting or workflow automation (PowerShell, Node.js, JavaScript, Power Automate) an asset.

· Familiarity with AI and generative-AI capabilities embedded in enterprise applications and productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft 365 Copilot, Dynamics 365 / NetSuite AI features), and a demonstrated interest in applying them to business processes.

· Understanding of the responsible use of AI — including data privacy, security, and accuracy/verification considerations — an asset.

· Fluency in English is essential and working capacity in French in other major languages is an advantage.
