Senior Computer Application Developer and Architect

Job Responsibility:

Green PI Inc is presently looking for Senior Developer and Senior Architect for its government client to provide support with salesforce and CRM platform. This is a contract opportunity starting from 19 August 2024 to 18 July 2025

Senior Developer Must have:

• Must hold a valid Secret organization security clearance
• 7 years of experience in the last 10, in working within the Salesforce ecosystem on complex custom applications, 1 year of which must include experience with Centre of Enablement within the Government of Canada context
• Must have verifiable Platform Developer level I certificate from Salesforce

Senior Architect Must have:

• Must hold a valid Secret organization security clearance
• Must have 10 years of experience in the last 15, in working within the Salesforce ecosystem on complex custom applications, 1 year of which must include experience with Centre of Enablement within the Government of Canada context
• The Candidate must have verifiable Platform Developer level I and level II certificates from Salesforce

Role: Senior Computer Application Support Developer and Architect

The Computer Application Support Specialist will be working in a Salesforce CRM platform and do configuration and implementation, including, but not limited to, customization of objects in Salesforce, field & table creation, flow development, mapping data relationships, user profiles and permissions, data and system security, data input and report creation. The Computer Application Support Specialist will also work in an Azure Active Directory environment

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with all stakeholders on the evaluation of any relevant data from clients and from service providers, transformation teams, project management build teams and operational teams;
• Review and analyze business requirements from various CAF programs and initiatives and perform functional and options analysis in support of program delivery;
• Perform impact analysis with the perspective of an enterprise solution, evaluate, design and implement solutions;
• Participate in related IM/IT security meetings, discussions and presentations to stakeholders or senior management;
• Collaborating with other team members, the candidate will be utilizing an agile (iterative) approach and ensuring that defined user stories are translated info functionality through configuration and integration of Salesforce;
• Perform configuration and implementation activities, including, but not limited to, customization of objects in Salesforce, field & table creation, flow development, mapping data relationships, user profiles and permissions, data and system security, data input and report creation.
• Ensure that established business rules are reinforced in the data relationships and that these rules are well documented;
• Participate in regular MS Teams meetings and report on progress on a weekly basis;
• Provide valuable input into the creation of training and best practices documentation.
• Document and develop solutions to integrate Salesforce with 3rd party enterprise systems such as GCDocs, SharePoint, GCKey;
• Develop and design an inventory of shareable components to be leveraged by other teams using the platform;
• Design and develop portal technology using OmniScript and Lightning components;
• Knowledge transfer to employees using both of in-person led, as well as documented description of all CoE artifacts.

Contract length: 19 August 2024 to 18 July 2025

Working Hours: 08:30 to 17:00, Monday to Friday
