Senior Revenue Operations Expert at Directive

Become a key player in shaping marketing success at Directive Consulting as a Senior Revenue Operations Expert. In this remote role, you will lead teams and drive performance, optimizing client operations for B2B growth. Directive is seeking an Associate Director of Revenue Operations to scale and enhance our RevOps practice. This senior role combines people leadership with technical expertise in Salesforce and marketing automation, ensuring impactful client engagements. You will collaborate with the Director of Revenue Operations to oversee a team of Revenue Operations Strategists and provide strategic, high-quality solutions to clients. Key Responsibilities:

Manage and mentor Revenue Operations Solution Engineers
Serve as escalation point for complex client challenges
Oversee strategic client relationships for quality delivery
Lead audits, implementations, and optimization projects
Translate technical findings for executive stakeholders

Requirements:

5+ years in Revenue Operations or CRM consulting
Experience in agency or consultancy roles
1–2+ years of people management experience
Active Salesforce Administrator Certification
Proficient in Salesforce Sales Cloud and HubSpot
