IQVIA seeks a Site Activation Manager to lead strategic, operational, and financial execution of clinical trial site activation activities across assigned studies. The role encompasses site identification, regulatory processes, contract negotiation, and project lifecycle management, with accountability for multiple regions.
Responsibilities
- Direct strategic planning and project oversight for site activation across multiple regions
- Oversee startup execution and lifecycle maintenance for clinical trials per protocol and regulatory requirements
- Develop, implement, and maintain site activation management plans aligned with project scope and timelines
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve project issues and ensure successful delivery
- Provide continuous reporting and status updates to study teams and senior leadership as required
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in scientific or clinical environment
- At least 2 years in a leadership role
- Demonstrated international experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Project management expertise and regulatory knowledge (ICH-GCP)
