Senior Marketing Manager

POSITION SUMMARY

WINMAR is seeking a driven, entrepreneurial Senior Marketing Manager to lead all marketing activity across three franchise locations in Regina (SK), Winnipeg (MB), and Calgary (AB). This is a full-scope role — from digital campaigns and social media to trade shows, golf tournaments, and business development. You will be the first dedicated marketing hire for this multi-province operation, building a marketing function from the ground up with the support of a Cardone Ventures marketing partnership already in place.

SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

• Building a consistent, recognizable brand presence across all three provinces within the first year
• Generating a measurable increase in inbound leads through digital campaigns, SEO, social media, and content
• Establishing WINMAR as the go-to restoration partner for property managers, insurance adjusters, and strata companies in each market
• Launching the Cardone Ventures digital marketing partnership and delivering the first campaigns within 90 days
• Planning and executing regional trade shows, golf tournaments, and community events in each province

 

OBJECTIVES

• Lead all marketing activity across Saskatchewan, Manitoba, and Alberta
• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies including SEO, SEM, social media, email, and landing pages
• Plan, coordinate, and attend trade shows, golf tournaments, community events, and sponsorships
• Drive business development activity to grow brand awareness and generate leads in each market
• Coordinate with Cardone Ventures' marketing platform for digital assets and campaign support
• Build and maintain a consistent brand presence across all three locations
• Create content calendars, manage social channels, and oversee online review management
• Track and report on marketing performance metrics and lead generation results to ownership
• Travel between provinces as required to support on-the-ground marketing initiatives

 

COMPETENCIES

• Full-funnel marketing experience — digital and in-person/event-based
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; confident brand storyteller
• Entrepreneurial mindset — able to build systems and take initiative independently
• Comfortable representing the brand at events, trade shows, and in the community
• Data-driven approach to campaigns with ability to measure and optimize results
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple markets simultaneously

 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• 3–5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in a service-based or trades industry
• Experience managing digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, email, SEO)
• Event marketing or trade show planning experience strongly preferred
• Post-secondary education in marketing, business, or communications
• Restoration, construction, property management, or home services experience is a strong asset
• No industry-specific certifications required — comprehensive WINMAR onboarding provided

 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to travel between Saskatchewan, Manitoba, and Alberta as required
• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Ability to attend and be on your feet at trade shows, community events, and golf tournaments
