Key Responsibilities:
• Guide a team of sales managers towards quarterly targets

Requirements:
• 10+ years in sales, leading complex sales processes
• 3+ years managing teams within the US market
• Strong history of overachievement in sales goals
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience with SFDC for tracking performance
