Job Responsibility:
As a Territory Area Manager with Rogers Communications, you will play a vital role in driving regional growth and deepening community engagement. Your mission is to strengthen Rogers' presence within your territory by fostering partnerships, guiding local teams, and delivering exceptional experiences to both new and existing customers.
What You'll Do:
- Drive Regional Growth : Execute Rogers' regional strategies by increasing market penetration and service adoption across residential and business segments.
- Build Local Partnerships : Develop strong relationships with key community stakeholders, retail partners, and commercial clients to promote Rogers' value in the market.
- Maximize Team Performance : Support frontline teams and partner channels to help them achieve and exceed engagement and activation goals.
- Champion the Rogers Brand : Serve as a trusted advisor and advocate for Rogers' products and services, helping customers choose the right solutions for their needs.
- Monitor and Optimize Territory Results : Analyze territory performance data, generate insights, and implement action plans that align with corporate objectives.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally : Work with internal teams in operations, marketing, and customer experience to align efforts and improve service delivery.
What You Bring:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed performance targets and regional KPIs.
- Self-starter with the ability to operate independently and prioritize effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and territory management software is a plus.
