Job Responsibility:
We are seeking a Customer Relations Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, building strong relationships, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Duties:- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships- Identify opportunities for business development and upselling- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track customer interactions- Analyze market trends to provide insights for sales strategies- Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams- Provide leadership in resolving customer issues
Qualifications:- Proven ability to negotiate and handle difficult situations with customers- Experience in business development and account management- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM tools- Strong sales acumen with the ability to identify opportunities- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Ability to analyze data and market trends effectively- Demonstrated leadership skills in a customer-facing role
