We need you to help make it happen! We're searching for a Learning and Development Administrator to bring energy, organization, and innovation to our corporate learning programs. This role is all about enhancing employee skills, safety, and engagement, ensuring our team has the tools and opportunities to succeed. What You'll Do

• Orchestrate engaging training sessions - schedule courses, book expert facilitators, and manage materials.
• Administer our Learning Management System (LMS) to keep training records sharp and up to date.
• Partner with managers to identify key training needs and compliance gaps, ensuring development initiatives align with corporate goals and employee growth.
• Make onboarding seamless and exciting - coordinate sessions, manage documentation, and welcome new employees with confidence.
• Keep learning budgets on track - process invoices, allocate costs, and support financial planning.
• Boost employee engagement - support and promote recognition initiatives that celebrate achievements and drive workplace enthusiasm.

Who We're Looking For

• A learning enthusiast! Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Adult Education, or a related field.
• A hands-on learning advocate with 1-2 years of experience in HR or Learning & Development.
• A master of organization, communication, and tech—someone who thrives in fast-paced environments.
• A tech-savvy pro with experience using Microsoft Office, LMS, and HRIS systems.
