WSP Senior Technical Director EIA & Ecology

Join WSP as a Senior Technical Director Ecology and EIA and lead impactful environmental projects across Saskatchewan. Engage actively with clients and regulators to effect real change.
In this influential role, you will utilize over 15 years of regulatory experience to oversee key projects. Located in Regina or Saskatoon, you’ll own relationships, drive strategic decisions, and guide clients through complex assessments and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead project delivery and client confidence initiatives
• Manage regulatory strategy for assessments and compliance
• Act as the main point of contact with Saskatchewan regulators
• Mentor and develop high-performing teams
• Ensure high-quality, defensible deliverables
Requirements:
• 15+ years in environmental assessment and permitting
• Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks in Saskatchewan
• Proven track record of managing client accounts
• Recognized leadership experience in consulting environments
• Professional designation eligibility (RPBio, P.Biol., P.Eng.)
