As a contributor in Edon’s IT group you will:

What are we looking for?
- Minimum five years’ experience providing site-based IT Support
- Holds an accredited degree/ diploma in Computer Science or Information Technology or an industry recognized certification/accreditation
- Excellent knowledge of basic computer programs (MS Word, Outlook, Excel, Power Point)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Organized and task oriented with the ability to multi-task and triage tasks according to business priorities
- Experience with Windows Server 2003+, Windows Desktop Operating Systems, Microsoft Hyper-V, ESET, Spiceworks, Manage Engine Desktop Central and SharePoint
- Experience supporting iPhones and working with Mobile Device Management (MDM)
- Ability to meet deadlines, articulate ideas, and react appropriately under pressure
- Valid Driver’s License and access to a reliable vehicle What will you do?
- Provide help desk support through the administration of Edon’s IT and Communications systems
- Assist with back-end support for Edon's internet and intranet sites
- Provide user support and issue resolution for standard office software
- Review IT systems and infrastructure and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Provide recommendations regarding IT business processes and IT strategies
- Manage IT contracts and services and ensure contract renewal as necessary
- Maintain IT documentation, codes, and passwords in a confidential and secure manner
- Contribute to Edon’s digital transition and automated service solutions through your knowledge of Office 365 and Power BI
