Relevant du gestionnaire des ventes internes, vous serez responsable de qualifier les prospects, d’établir une relation de confiance avec les clients potentiels et de planifier des rendez‑vous pour notre équipe de vente sur la route.
Les clients potentiels viennent à vous — pas de sollicitation à froid! Vous répondrez aux demandes des clients par téléphone, text et courriel. Nous recherchons une personne motivée, axée sur le service à la clientèle et reconnue pour ses excellentes aptitudes en communication et en organisation.
Il s’agit d’un poste entièrement en télétravail. Le bilinguisme français-anglais est essentiel.
Principales responsabilités
- Répondre rapidement aux demandes et assurer les suivis nécessaires.
- Évaluer les besoins des clients potentiels et transmettre les prospects qualifiés à l’équipe des ventes.
- Planifier des rendez‑vous et atteindre les objectifs quotidiens.
- Tenir à jour les dossiers et les interactions dans le CRM.
- Collaborer avec les autres départements pour améliorer les résultats et les processus.
- Participer aux formations et aux séances de coaching.
- Atteindre et dépasser les objectifs de performance établis.
Compétences recherchées
- Capacité à travailler efficacement en télétravail.
- Expérience en centre d’appels ou en ventes internes (un atout).
- Aptitude démontrée à atteindre des objectifs de vente.
- Excellentes compétences en communication, en organisation et en gestion du temps.
- Aisance avec les logiciels CRM et les outils de vente.
- Résilience face aux refus et attitude positive.
- Autonomie, motivation et orientation vers les résultats.

Rémunération
- Salaire de base de 23 $/heure, plus des primes liées à la performance.
- Les candidat(e)s peuvent gagner jusqu’à 100 000 $ par année grâce à notre programme de bonification au rendement.
