About the Role
Kensington Tours is a luxury travel company connecting travelers to 120 destinations around the world. Our marketing team brings that experience to life across every product line, and this internship puts you right in the middle of how that happens.
As our Integrated Marketing Intern, you'll get a real seat inside how a modern marketing team runs: the projects, the processes, and the budget decisions that keep every campaign on track. You'll leave with hands-on experience across marketing disciplines and visibility into initiatives that drive real impact for the business.
Key Responsibilities
What You'll Own
- Support execution of multi channel marketing projects from briefing & planning to execution & approvals to performance reporting and delivering insights
- Support the planning, scheduling, approvals, and execution of social media content across platforms
- Partner with creative, digital, analytics, and campaign teams to drive execution and streamline handoffs.
- Assist in tracking campaign performance and gathering insights for reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure best practices and brand consistency across all communications and deliverables.
- Work across the project management & design tools our marketing team relies on, including Asana, Figma, Dash Hudson.
- Support the team's approach to AI governance and best practices.
Qualifications
What You Bring
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfort working collaboratively across teams and levels.
- Interest in marketing, social media, project management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in or experience with social media tools (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, Meta Business Suite, Canva, Hootsuite) is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with a project management tool such as Asana, Smartsheet, Monday.com, or MS Project is a plus.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset: you look for ways to make things run better.
Position Details:
This is a full-time, hybrid internship offering $20 per hour for 40 hours per week.
