L'associé(e) agira à titre de responsable de la gestion de paie pour les clients du centre de services de paie ayant choisis cette option. Le/la titulaire est responsable de la réalisation de l'ensemble des phases relatives au traitement de la paie pour l'entreprise. L'associé(e) est responsable de confirmer les besoins afin de s'assurer la satisfaction du client. Fonctions et responsabilités
- Effectuer la gestion complète de la paie pour le client
- Saisir les données nécessaires à la configuration des dossiers des nouveaux employés ainsi que les autres renseignements relatifs à la rémunération des employés
- Compiler et faire la synthèse des données de la paie pour les besoins de la génération de rapports de gestion
- Exécuter des importations et des exportations prédéfinies
- Produire, analyser et interpréter les rapports de la paie
- Travailler occasionnellement hors des heures normales afin de répondre aux besoins des clients
- Assurer le soutien téléphonique ainsi que le suivi des demandes (ex. : création, modification de gains/déductions, rapports spéciaux, arrêts des paiements, paie spéciale, etc.)
- Apporter les modifications aux dossiers d'entreprises et faire le suivi
- Maintenir à jour les processus du traitement de la paie des clients qui seront assignés
- Guider les clients sur la législation en vigueur en matière de paie
- Soutenir les clients dans l'utilisation de différents modules et options complémentaires à la paie
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les membres de l'équipe et des autres secteurs
- Se tenir au fait des modifications affectant nos solutions. Qualités requises pour réussir dans ce rôle
- Diplôme d'études collégiales en administration, comptabilité ou dans un domaine connexe ou toute autre combinaison d'études et d'expérience pertinente
- Un minimum de quatre ans d'expérience dans le domaine de la paie
- Capacité à travailler sous pression et respect des délais
- Esprit d'analyse, de synthèse et de la planification
- Bonne gestion des priorités

The candidate will act as the payroll management lead for clients of the payroll service center who have chosen this option. The incumbent is responsible for completing all phases related to payroll processing for the company. They are also responsible for confirming client needs to ensure customer satisfaction. Your future duties and responsibilities
- Perform complete payroll management for the client
- Enter necessary data for setting up new employee files and other information related to employee compensation
- Compile and summarize payroll data for management reporting purposes
- Execute predefined imports and exports
- Produce, analyze, and interpret payroll reports
- Occasionally work outside normal hours to meet client needs
- Provide phone support and follow up on requests (e.g., creation, modification of earnings/deductions, special reports, payment stops, special payroll, etc.)
- Make changes to company records and follow up
- Keep payroll processing procedures up to date for assigned clients
- Guide clients on current payroll legislation
- Support clients in using various modules and payroll-related options
- Work closely with team members and other departments
- Stay informed about changes affecting our solutions Required qualifications to be successful in this role
- College diploma in administration, accounting, or a related field, or any other combination of education and relevant experience
- Minimum of four years of experience in payroll
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical, synthesis, and planning skills
