In this role, you will help plan and deliver engaging internal communications initiatives aligned with global business objectives, collaborating with teams across regions and functions.

Your Role

• Support the planning, execution and measurement of internal communications initiatives and campaigns
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and provide day-to-day communications support
• Draft, edit and coordinate content across internal channels such as intranet, newsletters and videos
• Support internal events through logistics coordination and content development
• Maintain and improve communication processes, tools and templates
• Track progress and contribute to reporting on communications activities and performance
• Uphold the company's brand, voice and visual identity for internal audiences

About You

• Ability to deliver clear, engaging and consistent internal communications
• Proficiency in written and verbal communication in both French and English
• Ability to use storytelling to create impactful narratives across channels
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong organizational skills
• Aptitude for using digital tools such as SharePoint, Canva or Asana

* Member of the Canadian or Global Leadership Team: This position requires knowledge of a language other than French, namely English, as it involves collaboration with members of the Canadian or global leadership team located outside Québec.
