In this senior individual contributor role, you will lead the creation of high-impact performance videos for paid marketing campaigns across multiple platforms and markets. You will combine creative storytelling, platform-specific expertise, and generative AI tools to deliver engaging content that drives measurable business results. From developing original concepts to producing and optimizing finished video assets, you will own the creative process end to end. Working closely with marketing, product, compliance, and regional teams, you will transform campaign objectives into compelling visual experiences. Accountabilities - Lead performance video production: Conceptualize, create, edit, and deliver high-quality paid video campaigns for product launches, promotions, marketing initiatives, and ongoing acquisition activities. - Develop platform-specific creative: Produce video content tailored to Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Reddit, and X, adapting formats, storytelling, and creative approaches to each platform's audience and requirements. - Integrate generative AI into production: Use AI-powered video and image tools as core creative production methods, continuously exploring new technologies and developing repeatable workflows that improve efficiency and output quality.

- Drive creative innovation: Bring original, culturally relevant, and internet-native ideas to campaign briefs, experiment with new concepts, and develop successful creative approaches into reusable campaign themes. - Manage creative delivery at scale: Produce and localize assets across markets, languages, formats, and regulatory requirements while managing multiple projects and competing deadlines. - Optimize creative performance: Analyze campaign results alongside Performance Marketing teams, interpret metrics such as hook rate, click-through rate, conversion rate, cost per acquisition, and return on ad spend, and translate insights into improved creative concepts. - Support cross-format campaigns: Contribute to AI-assisted static advertising when needed, maintaining brand consistency and adapting creative assets to campaign objectives. - Collaborate across teams: Partner with Product Marketing, compliance specialists, regional stakeholders, and fellow creatives to secure approvals and deliver effective campaigns without compromising the original idea. - Maintain creative excellence: Uphold high production standards, manage organized and reusable project files, incorporate feedback effectively, and help establish best practices for performance video creation. Requirements - Professional experience: At least five years of experience in performance video creative within a high-volume in-house creative team or performance marketing agency. Experience in fintech, cryptocurrency, gaming, or another regulated industry is highly desirable. - Strong video production skills: Demonstrated ability to manage the full video creation process, from concept development and scripting to editing, sound design, and final delivery. - Generative AI expertise: Hands-on experience with AI-powered video and image generation tools, supported by a portfolio demonstrating successful implementation in real campaigns.
