Staff Brand Designer - Consumer

Join a globally distributed creative team shaping the visual identity of innovative consumer financial products. As a Staff Brand Designer, you will define and elevate brand expression across campaigns, product launches, and marketing experiences. You will combine advanced 2D and 3D design skills to create compelling, high-quality visuals that engage audiences across multiple channels. Working closely with marketing, product, compliance, and regional teams, you will translate strategic goals into distinctive creative solutions. You will also develop scalable design systems, reusable templates, and AI-assisted workflows that improve creative efficiency and consistency. This senior individual contributor role offers the opportunity to influence creative standards, champion design excellence, and help make complex financial and crypto products more accessible to audiences worldwide. Accountabilities - Create high-impact brand assets: Design static 2D and 3D creative for product launches, campaigns, promotions, and ongoing marketing initiatives across consumer-facing products. - Lead 3D creative production: Conceptualize, model, light, texture, and render assets in Cinema 4D, developing hero visuals, reusable asset libraries, and production-ready templates. - Maintain brand consistency: Apply and evolve brand guidelines across social media, lifecycle marketing, web, illustrations, and foundational visual identity projects while keeping creative work recognizable and fresh. - Develop campaign-specific visual identities: Create distinctive creative directions for special initiatives, partner-branded campaigns, major announcements, and product launches.

- Build scalable design systems: Develop Figma component libraries, modular campaign kits, and marketing templates that support efficient collaboration, localization, and automated production. - Integrate AI into creative workflows: Use AI-assisted production tools to accelerate design processes, improve efficiency, and maintain high-quality creative output. - Adapt creative for global markets: Version and localize assets across languages, formats, and regions, ensuring layouts remain effective under translation and meet market-specific requirements. - Collaborate across functions: Partner with Product Marketing, Compliance, regional stakeholders, motion designers, web designers, performance creatives, and AI video specialists to deliver cohesive campaigns and secure approvals. - Champion design excellence: Bring original ideas and strategic thinking to briefs, challenge unclear requirements constructively, maintain exceptional craftsmanship, and provide actionable feedback to colleagues. Requirements - Professional experience: At least 7 years of experience in brand, static, and 3D design within a high-volume in-house creative team or agency, ideally in fintech, cryptocurrency, financial services, or another regulated industry. - Strong portfolio: A portfolio demonstrating brand and static design, at least one 3D project with an explanation of the creative process, examples of work adapted for multiple formats or markets, and scalable design systems or templates. Include project objectives and measurable results where possible. - Advanced 3D expertise: Proficiency in Cinema 4D, including modeling, lighting, materials, texturing, and rendering, supported by examples of shipped work. - Expert-level Figma skills: Extensive experience with components, auto layout, variables, and well-organized design files that support collaboration and efficient handoffs. - Visual design fundamentals: Strong command of layout, typography, hierarchy, composition, and visual storytelling across different screen sizes, formats, and languages.
