Regional Sales Manager for Mortgage Growth

Glasslake Funding

Become a key player at Glasslake in Ottawa as a Regional Sales Manager specializing in mortgage solutions. Lead business development and customer service initiatives for success. As a full-time Regional Sales Manager, you will drive Glasslake’s expansion efforts within the mortgage sector across Canada. Your experience in sales and customer relations will foster relationships with essential partners and generate new business opportunities. You will also oversee the entire loan process, ensuring an exceptional client experience. Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain relationships with mortgage brokers and financial entities
Manage a productive pipeline of transactions to meet sales goals
Travel to conduct sales presentations and recruit brokers
Assist in crafting effective marketing strategies
Ensure seamless communication throughout the loan closing process

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience
BA/BS degree is favorable
Strong communication and relationship management skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Knowledge of finance and real estate fundamentals
