Pfizer seeks a Health and Science Representative for specialty care and internal medicine in Quebec's Laurentides region. The role involves promoting pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, organizing medical education programs, and achieving territory sales objectives while reporting to a Regional Business Manager.
Responsibilities
- Achieve sales objectives by promoting products to physicians, pharmacists, and specialists
- Organize and coordinate continuing medical education symposia and virtual programs
- Develop and implement territory business plan with action strategies
- Identify and report adverse drug reactions and product complaints per company procedure
- Maintain professional relationships and company property including vehicle and promotional materials
Requirements
- Minimum five years pharmaceutical sales representative experience
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or sciences
- Advanced English proficiency (oral and written) for cross-Canada collaboration
- Strong sales aptitude and ability to exceed strategic objectives
- Bilingual French and English capability
- Valid driver's license
- Proficiency with digital tools and AI platforms such as Microsoft Copilot
Compensation: $63,300–$135,625 CAD base annually
