Pratt & Whitney’s Digital Technology department seeks an experienced senior project manager to lead and oversee complex technology projects from initiation to completion. In this role, you will ensure projects are properly scoped, delivered on time, and within budget, using defined processes and methods for project management. You will enable internal service and delivery organizations to achieve their objectives and deliver value to the business.

Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of project execution, including planning, budget, resource allocation, execution, and delivery.
• Lead project initiation, definition, and planning in partnership with business relationship managers to align business value before execution begins.
• Define and assess project risks.
• Drive accountability with risk owners to resolve or mitigate risks, keeping the project on track.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including senior leadership, business units, and external partners, communicating project progress, risks, and issues effectively.
• Lead cross‑functional teams of developers, architects, analysts, and other stakeholders, fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment with project objectives.
• Manage project budgets and ensure resources are properly planned.
• Utilize both agile and waterfall project management methodologies as dictated by project structure.
• Maintain complete and timely project documentation to support effective scope, risk, status, and communication to senior management.
• Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and comply with organizational guidelines and industry best practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related technical field with 7+ years of professional experience.
• Preferred: Experience within an aerospace manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of project management tools (JIRA, Microsoft Project, etc.) and system development lifecycle.
• Experience delivering solutions with Agile frameworks such as SAFe and DevOps.
• High proficiency in English for reading, understanding, and communicating technical documentation, as well as writing in English with customers, suppliers, and international colleagues.
• This position is designated as onsite with regular in‑person work at our Longueuil premises.
