Associate Director, ESTO Program Manager

Location

Longueuil, Quebec, Canada (On-site, Monday‑Friday with flexible hours)

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of project engineers supporting operations across all P&WC product family range.
• Define and achieve product requirements for various projects.
• Ensure product safety remains top priority at all times.
• Lead multi‑disciplinary teams to achieve KPIs such as weight, cost, reliability while ensuring other requirements from other organizations are met.
• Lead substantiation and validation activities required to ensure type certification requirements are met.
• Ensure commitments, budget tracking, and resource planning are met.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree with a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of gas turbines from design, validation, and certification aspects, acquired in at least one engineering discipline and at least one external assignment (e.g., Marketing, Operations, Customer Support).
• Capability to manage a team and demonstrate strong leadership.
• Highly adaptable and able to work under pressure; ability to accommodate priority changes and manage diverging opinions to support business objectives and emerging priorities.
• Strong communication skills both internal and external, accountability, and well‑organized.
• Member of Ordre des Ingénieurs du Québec or the Professional Engineers of Ontario.
• Available for travel sometimes under short notice and support off‑hour requests.
• Good knowledge of English to read, understand, and communicate; French is required as the work environment is French‑speaking.
