Associate, HR Workforce Transformation and Technology (Bilingual EN/FR)

Overview

At PwC, our workforce consulting team provides services related to human resources, talent management, and organisational development. They analyse client needs, develop people and organisation strategies, and help clients optimise their workforce, enhance employee engagement, and drive organisational effectiveness. As a Senior Associate, you will support end‑to‑end organization and talent transformation initiatives that align with the overall strategy of our clients, leveraging a broad range of workforce consulting solutions.

Responsibilities

• 70–80% of your time will focus on delivering high‑profile engagements in areas such as:
• People & Talent Strategies
• HR Function Effectiveness and Design
• HR of the Future in the AI era
• People change and organization design and implementation
• HR Technology Assessment and Roadmap (SAP, Oracle, Workday, Microsoft, etc.)
• Workforce Planning & Analytics
• Skills‑Based Organization and Economy
• 20–30% of your time will be spent on growing the practice and market presence, including:
• Identifying growth opportunities and building proposals
• Attending client meetings and creating sales decks
• Fostering a collaborative, entrepreneurial culture
• Contributing to thought leadership and speaking at industry events
• Planning and delivering cutting‑edge HR technology solutions such as AI, data analytics, and digital platforms

Qualifications

• Experience working in a consulting setting, delivering services in industries such as Energy, Utilities, Public Sector, Healthcare, Financial Services, Retail, Manufacturing, and Telecom
• Technical understanding of HR functions, including Business HR, HR Operations, Talent Management, Change Management, Organizational Design, Talent Acquisition, and Total Rewards
• Exposure to cloud‑based technology implementations (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Microsoft Viva) from an organizational or process design perspective
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build collaborative relationships while maintaining rigorous client service standards
• Ability to engage productively in complex, changing environments
• Fluency in English and French, required for supporting English‑speaking clients, colleagues, and stakeholders

Benefits

• Salary range: $58,400 – $97,500, determined by skills, experience, qualifications, and work location
