Devenez Directeur des Finances et Transformation en hybride à Montréal, où vos compétences en coaching et en supervision seront valorisées. Ce rôle clé soutiendra la vision stratégique de l’entreprise. En tant que directeur, vous superviserez une équipe de 20 personnes tout en orchestrant des transformations dans les structures financières, TI et organisationnelles. Votre expérience de plus de 10 ans dans le domaine vous permettra de jouer un rôle essentiel en tant que partenaire d'affaires. Vous serez en première ligne pour façonner les projets à venir de l’entreprise. Key Responsibilities:
- Diriger l'équipe finances et comptabilité de 20 membres
- Mettre en œuvre des transformations financières cruciales
- Améliorer les systèmes TI et les infrastructures technologiques
- Positionner la direction comme partenaire pour d'autres départements
- Diplôme CPA requis
- Au moins 10 ans d'expérience cumulée
- Expérience significative en supervision d'équipe
- Bilinguisme en français et anglais professionnel
