The role involves analysing client needs, developing people and organisation strategies, and providing guidance to optimise workforce effectiveness, employee engagement, and organisational performance.

Opportunity

Associate – HR Workforce Transformation and Technology (Bilingual English & French)

In this generalist position you will drive end‑to‑end organisation and talent transformation initiatives, leverage digital solutions, and guide clients in adopting forward‑thinking HR practices. You will work with PwC professionals on high‑profile engagements across multiple consulting domains, and contribute to our market presence.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver client engagements (70‑80% of time) on:
    • People & Talent Strategies
    • HR Function Effectiveness and Design
    • HR of the Future in the Agentic AI Era
    • People change, organisation design, and implementation
    • HR Technology Assessment and Roadmap (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday, Microsoft)
    • Workforce Planning & Analytics
    • Skills‑Based Organization and Economy
  • Spend 20‑30% of time:
    • Identify growth opportunities and build proposals
    • Prepare and present sales decks
    • Participate in a collaborative culture of entrepreneurship and learning
    • Contribute to thought‑leadership initiatives and industry events
    • Plan and deliver cutting‑edge HR technology solutions, including AI, data analytics, and digital platforms

Qualifications

  • Experience delivering consulting services in industries such as Energy, Utilities, Public Sector, Healthcare, Financial Services, Retail, Manufacturing and Telecom.
  • Technical knowledge of HR functions – Business HR, HR Operations, Talent Management, Change Management, Organisational Design, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards.
  • Exposure to cloud‑based technology implementations (e.g., Cloud, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Microsoft Viva) from an organisational or process‑design perspective.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, ability to build collaborative relationships, and rigorous client service focus.
  • Ability to navigate complex, changing environments productively.
  • Fluency in English and French (both written and spoken).

Benefits

Salary range: $58,400 – $97,500 per year, with potential variable incentive pay and a comprehensive total‑rewards package. The role supports a hybrid work environment and values diversity, equity, and inclusion.
