Electrical Systems Engineer in Halifax

Thales is seeking an Electrical Program Engineer seasoned in Marine Engineering. You will join the AJISS Engineering team, tackling defects in Arctic and Offshore Patrol Vessels, as well as Joint Support Ships. Your expertise will be crucial in developing technical documentation and conducting thorough investigations. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop technical documentation for electrical systems
- Conduct investigations for electrical and software issues
- Prepare work scopes for defect resolutions
- Coordinate efforts with Thales staff and subcontractors
- Support engineering change processes and calculations
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
- Qualified Engineer registration in Nova Scotia
- 5+ years of marine work experience
- Proficient in English
- Eligible for export control access
