Naval Aviation Integration Engineering Role

Become a key player in the Hull Engineering team as an Aviation Integration Engineer, focusing on the Royal Canadian Navy's vessel design. This role supports the integration of aviation systems throughout the vessel lifecycle. You'll contribute significantly to naval vessel projects, requiring a Bachelor of Engineering with P.Eng. eligibility and at least four years of relevant experience. Successful candidates will be well-versed in marine standards like IMO and IACS, with a strong operational perspective from the Royal Canadian Air Force considered a strong asset. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage engineering work within scope effectively
- Collaborate with stakeholders for project execution
- Generate engineering deliverables including reports
- Review and assess vendor technical submissions
- Identify risks and create mitigation plans
- Bachelor of Engineering and Professional Engineer eligibility
- 4+ years in ship design or complexity in manufacturing
- Strong ship design and regulation knowledge
- Understanding of shipyard disciplines and scheduling
- In-office presence required for full-time commitment
