Director of Project Delivery Office Role

Lead the Project Delivery Office at goeasy in Mississauga as a Director. Oversee project management, enhance methodologies, and drive key programs critical to the company’s growth. As the Director, you will be instrumental in executing goeasy’s strategic initiatives while managing complex project portfolios. This role includes leading a proficient team of Project Managers and evolving project delivery standards to ensure successful outcomes. You will focus on building relationships with Business Owners and providing regular updates to Senior Leadership while supporting a high-performance culture. Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and execute high-priority projects across the organization
- Guide resource and capacity management effectively
- Regularly report on project progress and issues
- Establish strong liaisons between teams and executives
- Develop and mentor future leaders in project management
- Over 10 years of experience in project delivery management
- Expertise in managing software and technology projects
- Degree in engineering or related field is essential
- Ability to manage multiple projects with budgets exceeding 1M
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
