IT & Data Board Director Role
CDRCP
CDRCP seeks a Board Director specializing in IT and data analytics to support its strategic initiatives. Engage with a dedicated team and mentor peers in a collaborative board environment. This role emphasizes providing oversight to ensure that CDRCP’s services are agile and innovative. You will support the CEO in advancing the organization’s strategic plan and be an active contributor to board governance. Your leadership and decision-making skills will be essential in guiding the team towards achieving collective objectives. Key Responsibilities:
- Actively support strategic planning initiatives
- Ensure data governance and risk management effectiveness
- Demonstrate visionary leadership in board discussions
- Mentor and coach stakeholders in analytical processes
- Facilitate inclusive meetings alternating between remote and in-person
- Proven background in data analytics and IT fields
- Experience in strategic leadership within data-related functions
- Strong skills in translating analytics into guidance
- Minimum age of 18 without undischarged bankruptcy
- Professional experience or certifications in relevant areas
