AgeCare's Corporate Director of Care Role

Join AgeCare as the Corporate Director of Care in the West Region, where you will be pivotal in ensuring high-quality, resident-focused care and compliance across communities. In this leadership role, you will support AgeCare’s homes through clinical guidance, mentorship, and operational oversight. Responsibilities include monitoring quality, regulatory compliance, and facilitating quality improvement initiatives. You will be instrumental in enhancing resident experiences and adherence to best practices across multiple locations. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide interim support and leadership to care teams
- Mentor clinical leaders through coaching and education
- Guide teams on regulatory requirements and nursing standards
- Lead audits and quality improvement initiatives
- Collaborate on clinical policies and performance evaluation
- Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role
- Expertise in geriatric care and nursing disciplines
- Advanced wound care knowledge as an asset
- Proven experience in leading compliance programs
