compliance under the Fixing Long‐Term Care Act, 2021* Advance emotion‐based and person‐centred care approaches, including Butterfly Model principles* Use quality indicators and feedback to drive continuous improvementFacilitate Integrated Care through Collaboration* Strengthen partnerships across the health system, community, and Region* Enable coordinated, accessible, and responsive care for seniors and caregivers* Contribute to system‐level innovation and service integrationWhat We’re Looking ForEducation And Experience* Post‐secondary degree in Health Sciences, Management, Business, Public Administration, or a related field.* Minimum five (5) years of progressive leadership experience in long‐term care.* Completion of a long‐term care home administration/management program (minimum 100 hours).* Experience working with the Butterfly Model of Care or other emotion-based care philosophies.Knowledge and Skills* Comprehensive knowledge of applicable legislation and standards, including the Fixing Long‐Term Care Act, 2021 and the Occupational Health and Safety Act.* Demonstrated ability to lead effectively in a unionized environment, managing complexity and competing priorities.* Strong financial management, budgeting, and operational planning expertise.* Proven experience leading quality improvement, risk management, and regulatory compliance.* Excellent communication skills for engaging with residents, families, staff, unions, senior leadership, and external partners, and for preparing reports, policies, and recommendations.* Demonstrate a
