Construction Supervisor for Project Delivery

Drive project success as a Construction Supervisor, leading site execution and ensuring safety and quality standards. This role demands expertise in planning and workforce management for construction projects. As a Construction Supervisor, you will take on the critical role of overseeing project execution across all construction scopes. You will leverage your 12-15 years of experience in utility and infrastructure construction, ensuring safety management system implementation and resolving field-level issues for seamless operations. Your focus on accurate labor planning and resource coordination will be key to meeting client expectations. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage execution of construction across assigned scopes
- Coordinate labor planning and crew alignment
- Ensure quality and safety standards across all work fronts
- Monitor production quantities and site productivity metrics
- Align field execution with project schedule targets
- 12-15 years in utility or infrastructure construction
- Journeyman Powerline Technician certification required
- Transitioned from superintendent to project oversight
- Proficient in Procore and scheduling tools
- Valid driver’s license with ability to work remotely
